Suffolk County Parks and the The Nature Conservancy jointly operate this beautiful stretch of land. Located on the Peconic River, this wonderful preserve is nature at its best. Known for its rare species, some of which are endangered, Calverton Pond Preserve is a great place to come and view the wildlife, fish, and amphibians that call Calverton Pond their home.
