SERVING UP A SPECTACULAR BRUNCH

Places That Serve Spectacular Brunches on Long Island

Brunch is a great meal of the day. It is somewhat past breakfast but not quite lunch and is a meal which has a little bit of everything included with it. Some are buffets, others are sit-down brunches and some are even champagne brunches for those who like a little bubbly with their mid morning meal. On Long Island, brunch is a popular event and there are many fabulous establishments which cater to the brunch-loving masses. The following paragraphs will describe two of Long Island’s favorite brunch establishments.

Polo Restaurant at the Garden City Hotel

The Garden City Hotel is one of the finest in the area and the same goes for the Polo Restaurant, which is located within the Garden City Hotel. The Sunday brunch which the Polo Restaurant hosts is the talk of the town and even the talk of Long Island. With its plentiful buffet stations including but not limited to Sushi, waffles, beef carving and omelets, this buffet brunch has a little something for all who attend. In addition to the aforementioned stations, the Sunday brunch also includes a wonderful array of side items and desserts. It is important to also note that the service is spectacular and the ambience just as much so. A Sunday brunch at the Polo Restaurant should be a definite on one’s brunch list.

Cooperage Inn

Another wonderful establishment that provides brunch for its patrons is the Cooperage Inn. Located in Baiting Hollow, the Cooperage Inn holds its Sunday Country Buffet Brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Sunday. There are a number of delicious items included on the brunch menu such as eggs, pasta, salads, beef, vegetables, desserts and more. The brunch price also includes a complimentary Bloody Mary or Mimosa for those individuals of valid drinking age. With its vast array of food and beautiful location, the Cooperage Inn is sure to please.

These are just two of the many fine dining establishments located on Long Island which provide brunch for their patrons. An individual who wishes to have brunch where the choices are plentiful is sure to find one to suit their tastes on Long Island.
