On Saturday, May 18 at 2 PM, the Friends of Maple Grove Cemetery (member, ASCAP) invite you to become “spellbound” to masters of magic at The Center at Maple Grove. Let the spirits charm you as world-class magician Peter Samelson will enchant young children in the upper lobby with his sleight-of-hand tricks. Then, a magic show follows at 2:30 PM in the Celebration Hall, when amateur magicians are welcome to perform for prizes.
A Supernova Production, this magic show honors the entertainment world’s treasures who are cared for at Maple Grove: Henry Hatton, noted magician and author; Samuel Lloyd, America’s puzzle king; and clown Peter Conklin, the king’s jester. Free parking on premises and handicap accessible.
