Bill, do you have any "free" advice for those of us who just-can't-seem-to-get-unstuck? I know that in depth goal coaching costs $$$ but if you could sorta give us here at longislandexchange some "best practice" advice we could use to enhance our lives - it sure would be helpful!

Without getting too in depth with my response (ha,ha), being in a rut is something we allow ourselves to get into in order to seriously signify that a change is a eminent. We are afraid of change. We think that if something is broke, we don't have to try and fix it. So we live contently, getting accustomed to the comfort of stability. But what about when it breaks on it's own? What about when you feel it is time to move ahead, but don't know how? We react by gettinag upset, asking ourselves...why me?
What we have to understand is that nothing ever stays the same. Things, people, and situations evolve constantly. How do we face this? We have to first know that change is part of life. We may not like it, but make an effort to know it. The more you know that change is coming, the faster you will be able to recognize it, and your response to that change will become quicker.
Second, realize that your solution to your change you will require you to utilize your faith. Your faith that everything will work out as it has during your entire life thus far. Faith is nothing more but using your courage to step into the unknown, even though you cannot see what's ahead. Faith is to trust in the path, even though you are moving foward blindly.
When you are ready to make the change, realize that first, you have all the time in the world. Change takes time, and the last thing you need is to pressure yourself. Develop a plan. Take your time. Create an effective proven plan, loaded with motivational tools (that will keep you enthrralled in your plan).
Most of all, you have nothing to lose by trying to change your life, try new things, and exploring. Stay true to yourself and who you are. Make every moment count. The rut is your time to think, plan, and motivate. To get back on track. It is your time to reflect and discover what is missing in your life.
By the way, goal coaching is not as expensive as you think. If your interested, email william@longislandexchange.com. Most importantly, we all have the ability to change our lives in a moment. Think about it.
I will also be releasing an E-book soon on what it takes to truly achieve anything you want in life. If you would be interested in a copy, leave me an email. It is a beginners alternative to goal coaching, and can answer a number of questions like the one I am adressing. I hope I touched upon what you were looking for; I would have loved more detail to your question.
P.S.
I understand how you may think goal coaching costs you money, but look at the things we spend money on everyday that add up. If you could take a fraction of that, and utilize it to create the life you have always dreamed, why wouldn't you? We spend money on vacations, fancy clothes, jewelry, and other material things that we think will make us happy. But when the excitement runs out, we are thrust back into the very lives we were trying to escape. Stop trying to escape your life... and start making your life the best it could be.
If you have any other good questions on life, relationships, success, or anything... leave an email to william@longislandexchange.com.
