My wife and I are transferring to Long Island from Missouri within the next couple of "weeks". I work for Boeing Corporation in Bethpage. We are looking for a mimimum of 2 bedroom, dining rm, living rm, kitchen, 1-2 bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Hardwood floors, fireplace optional, but preferred, porch area, garage/shared garage. Prefer single family home, but will consider lower level in a two dwelling home, or townhome. Pet friendly. Fenced yard a plus. Short term/long term. Looking to locate east of Bethpage only.
