We have extra space and are looking to sublet a desk or two in our busy shopping centers to insurance agent, mortgage broker or other financial related service. Stores are franchised tax service offices and will rent space in beautiful new offices. Move right in, it's all ready with desks and furniture. Sign space can be provided. Locations in Bayshore or Selden...both very high visibility shopping centers with great foot traffic.
