The North County Gazette is NOT a news source. Like this rag has "reporters" in the field! It's regurgitated AP with small stuff rewritten. The paper's "original" stuff is questionable at best. Do a Google on this home computer aka posser operation. And while you're at it check-out its "newspaper's" copyright notice! Also while you're at it do a search about the Publisher....

On one site [http://www.trt-ny.org/history_testimonyJM.htm] the publisher admits he/she lies- " The trooper in essence asked me to lie for him, to say that I had sought him out for the story, that I was doing a study on drunk driving arrests. I agreed to do so, in essence covering for him. . ."
-nough said - that rag is just that a smelly rag
