We are a family of 5: a husband and wife with 3 children, 10, 7 and 2 years old. We are looking for an apartment in a fireproof building or one located on the 1st floor (so that kids running around in the apartment do not disturb the tenants below), in a good school district, and near a park, near an elementary public school, and preferably near the LIRR. My income is $95,000 per annum, and my credit rating is good. I am an architect by profession.

I am very particular in taking care of the property I rent, and always strive to be a congenial and cooperative tenant. I am always on time as regards paying my rent.
