Well, i am continuing my effort in finding a place to live...I am currently living in Syosset, NY, but unfortunately this is not a permanent residence for me. Anywhere close to Syosset would be preferrable so that i could stay close to my family, but I will consider alomost any location on Long Island. I am currently emploeyd by Bear Stearns and work in Brooklyn, so any place near a train station would be preferable!
Just so you know...I am single, respectful and most importantly clean! While i do smoke, occasionally, I DO NOT smoke indoors-i hate that smell on my clothes (ironically). My financial situation affords me about $900-$1,000 rent per month (with most utilities included). I have no pets, nor do I have an inclination to own any in the near future. I own a car. I would also be able to provide references, if needed.
