........... if you have a manager who's always doing disgusting things i the office? consistly burping, farting, coughing/hacking and sneezing all over the place, on the phones, the computers,and sometimes if we're luckyhe'll aim it into the fans i won't even talk about his B.O. during the summer time. What would you do?

That's got to be one of th most annoying feelings.... You should probably go stright to the owner... Tough call though, the smaller the company, the harder it is... If it's a big place they will probably take it very seriously....

You dont have to accept anything like that at work, bring it to someones attention, or go to the labor board. The manager may think it's a joke,,,but it's abuse. If you stay silent about it,,then you are accepting it.

well i complained to the manager(about my supervisors disjusting habits) and he blow up. he started bring up anything i've done int he past, that really have nothing to do with my orginal concern.
we were suppose to haev a group meeting wednesday... but nothing happened even though every one was int he office they said we'd have our" meeting" next week.

i know nothing will come out of this "meeting" this is just a way for my manger to cover his own ass, that he was made aware of the problem. but we all know nothing will change. right now i'm not on speaking terms with my supervisor. i do my work and talk to my other co-workers. i saty away from him and he does the same to me. we never really cared that much for each other to begin with.

honestly the real reason why i think we haven't had this meeting, was because he thought long and hard. i have so much things on him it's not even funny. yeah i've come to work late. yeah i do my work form my second job at this job also. yeah some times i do homework from school(when i'm actually in school) at work. but i'm not the one doing crossword puzzles, sleeping at his desk, snorting, playing solitare, calling hookers, drug dealers on company time.

unlike him i always have my work done. (imagine if i was really pissed at him and i really wanted to bury him, imagine the stuff i would bring up then.
