Part Time Recruitment- Melville office

We are currently looking for a Part Time Staffing Consultant (24-30 hrs. per week) to specialize in fulfillment of a large contract, with a major pharmaceutical Client, in our Melville office. As leaders in the recruiting business we have strong and deep relationships with our clients. As a recruiting/staffing consultant your responsibilities will involve recruiting and evaluating candidates for multiple positions.
Skills Required:
· Demonstrated history of success in a phone oriented business
· Ability to generate new candidates and fulfill multiple needs
· The ability to think on feet in fast paced environment
· The desire to excel and the self discipline to achieve goals with a high level of confidence, professionalism and integrity
· Task oriented
· Good verbal communications skills
· Computer literate- windows, outlook, word, excel, internet
This position offers an excellent hourly wage plus an unlimited bonus structure. We currently offer what we believe to be the most generous bonus package in the industry.
