It's not your typical ugly basement apt......there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with nice size shower (2 can fit in), living room, eat in kitchen, new appliances, 3 large closets, windows in all rooms except one bedroom and bath.....ceiling fans with lights in living room, and bedrooms....dimmer switch for high hats in living room........the apt. is on a private road, with a private driveway, your own patio fenced in with pvc white fencing........all is included in the price, plus having satelitte TV in living room and one bedroom.....
Our price is $1,350.00 per month, which includes all.....

I don't know if you guys have looked around but it's very hard finding a decent apt. in a nice neighborhood........and ones that would allow a cat....
