Located in Oakdale between Sunrise and Montauk Highways, on the first floor and on a corner, 2-bedroom, 1 bath; living room and dining room are one large room and separate eat-in kitchen. We had the kitchen and bath completely remodeled within the last 3 years. The 2 bedroom closets have new organizers in them with lots of storage space... we also have 1 under-stair walk in closet and another closet in the hall and an open linen closet in the bathroom. All the windows and interior doors are new.
The bathroom and kitchen have ceramic tile floors, the master bedroom has new carpet and the living room/dining room and 2nd bedroom have hardwood floors.
Our back porch opens to the parking lot with plenty of parking available and some great neighbors. We have bushes and lots of flowers planted that come back each year.
Maintenance is about $639/month and it covers taxes, oil and gas heating and all exterior maintenance.
