Looking for the Cole Family

I'm attempting to find Robert (C?) Cole who was in the Navy with me in the 1960s. His home of record was Southhampton, Long Island, NY. His nickname was Buzz. Is there anyone who remembers Buzz Cole or the Cole family from Southampton?... or can point me in some direction to track down where he might be today? I'd appreciate any help you can give. Thanks for the search tips.... I've actually done some pretty thorough searching and came up with 50+ potentials just in the Long Island and near vacinity. I've tried a few random phone calls but facing that daunting list, I decided this might produce some faster results.
