My name is Ann, and I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment (basement ok)in Nassau County. I'm looking to spend $600-$750/month,(negotiable) which I would like to have all utilities & cable included. I prefer something close to the LIRR and in North Massapequa, Merrick, Amityville or Seaford area. I am looking for occupancy as soon as possible. Please absolutely no studios or apt shares.
I work as an Executive Administrator for a Web site firm that also handle security surveillance, which is located in North Massapequa. I am clean, responsible, quiet, trustworthy and most of all Honest. I don't party at all, use any form of drugs, I am a non-smoker and I have no pets.
