My boss has a nasty habit of hovering over people's desk and touching personal things that don't belong to him. he does this a few times that i've caught him to the only person in my department who's on speaking terms with. Everyone in the office knows how this guy doesn't like people touching things that don't belong to them. and i don't blame him. if i was meaning to give you something i would give it to you not leave it on my desk for you to rumage through my personal stuff.
anyway, i can't say i've acctually seen him physically taken personal things, like food, gifts, cigerettes and what not, off of our desk but i know for a fact he's usally the only one by our desk and things tend to dissapear. i don't think that's right. if it were happening in your office, what would you say or do?
Question 2, you go to your freinds cubical and they're busy working or on the phone you let them know you were there and leave them be. you return to your desk or whatever. this time around your busy working. your boss is cracking his wipe. you can't really talk at that momment, because you need to stay focus to ge the work done or it's your ass. your multi tasking. on the computer, reading files in your hands and on the phone. one or a few freinds stop by.. they can clearly see your busy. but decide now that they want to talk to you. you try to make them understand that your busy and can't talk. but they continue to disturb you. what would you do? do you yell ? would you keep your cool and tell them your busy? do you ignore them? or give them a dirty look, hoping that is enough...how would you handle that situation?
