Any Good Art Galleries In Long Island?

I have a close friend from out of town who will be visiting next month. She is kind of an artsy and wants to see what the Long Island art community has to offer.

I'm not at all involved in the art community, and would love some suggestions on some places i can taker here while she's visiting

Art gallery is everywhere on long island...I normally take a SUnday breaksfast in Northport...small nice beautiful village near the water. Take ur friend there.
