Dublin Hotel Recommnedations

Looking for a hotel centrally located in Dublin, so we can walk to all of the sights.

Any recommendations?

Also, possibly want to stay in the country side for a night or two. Any towns, bed and breakfast recommendations?

don't go by the star rating on the hotel page, I learned my lesson from the bad way. Supposely 4 star...i give it a minus -1. Never again!!
