Although the concept is not new, the Company's goal was to create an affordable alternative to Re/Max® and other higher cost Agencies. This goal was realized when Marc S. Ragusa, Esq. founded Long Island Realty Agents Inc. – Long Island’s first low cost 100% commission Realty Agency. With over 15 years of extensive real estate experience, Mr. Ragusa combined his experience as a Real Estate Attorney and Broker to create an innovative Realty Agency focused on the needs of Salespeople.
Mr. Ragusa’s philosophy for the Company is to provide Salespeople with the flexibility to work more independently and earn substantially higher commissions while benefiting from the extensive support the Company provides to all its Agents.
