baseball operations position

I am in the process of opening a national baseball training academy franchise in the Long Island NY (Nassau/Suffolk Border). The franchise prides itself on the quality and experience of its instructors. We are currently accepting resumes for the position of baseball operations manager to begin early 2006. The ideal candidate should possess college/minor league experience, have contacts with the local communities and their little leagues and schools, be able to recruit additional instructors to give lessons at the facility. This is a full time position with afternoon and evening hours.
