I would like to Swap or sell my Destin FL towmhouse for a Home ( house) on Long Island with good schools. My Townhouse is 400 yards from the best sandy white beaches ( South Walton County)( and broadwalk) in the USA! The complex has 2 pools ( one heated) 1 tennis court, outdoor showers and a clubhouse. Upstairs, townhouse has 2 bedrooms, each has it's own full bathroom and a balcony off the master bedroom over looking the cold pool and the tennis court. Downstairs has a kitchen ( fully loaded) livingroom, diningroom and a out cove with a washer and dryer. It's fully funrnished! Close to all! VPS airport is 20 mins away, PNS airport is 60 mins away and Panama City Beach is about 35 miles east. Will email you pics.
