GrooveCar.com is the largest automotive buying support program in the area. We mainly work with local Credit Unions to provide their members with assistance in their automotive search. Our goal is to provide Credit Union members with a complete automotive resource and buying support program along with special pricing at participating dealerships. They can also take advantage of Credit Union financing directly at the dealership. We provide consumers free online research tools at GrooveCar.com.

Job Description
To successfully develop relationships with Credit Union/ GrooveCar customers that result in the customer purchasing a vehicle at one of our dealerships. Through emails and telephone conversations, PCs make the customer feel comfortable by talking them through their car search. Having good follow-up skills is paramount. We have set up the largest network of dealerships for any car buying service in the New York area. At every one of our dealerships Credit Union Members can do CU financing directly at the dealership. We have also set up representatives for the customers to speak to receive a no-haggle price on their car. The Purchase Coordinator department works as a team. So having everyone do there job efficiently and effectively is optimal. Customer Satisfaction is paramount.
