Walt Whitman Mall, named after the famous poet Walt Whitman, is Long Island’s premier shopping destination since 1962. It is located at the intersection of Route 110 and Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station, in New York.
The Walt Whitman Mall is home to nearly 100 of country’s major retailers, which include Bloomingdale's, Lord & Taylor, Macy's and Saks Fifth Avenue. Other popular stores in the customer’s list include Abercrombie & Fitch, Aeropostale, Ann Taylor, Athlete’s Foot, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Brookstone, Coach, Foot Locker, Gap, Godiva Chocolatier, J. The Walt Whitman Mall is all set to embrace its third renovation and expansion, and the new design envisages a number of upscale groups of restaurants and a multi-screen stadium-type theater. The mall is open on all days, from 10:00 am - 9:30 pm in weekdays and 11.00 am to 7.00 pm in Sundays.
