Mt. Sinai, NY – May 2006 – Steps are being taken to bring the Interior Design Society to the local level on Long Island. “This is a chance for local interior designers, decorators and others in the residential interiors field to have a helping hand on the local level,” explains Kathy Passarette of Creative Home Expressions. Ms. Passarette is working closely with the Interior Design Society’s National Chapter Coordinator to put the formation of the Long Island Chapter together.
“Even if you are not a member of the Interior Design Society, you can attend up to two meetings before being required to join nationally, and locally,” says Ms. Passarette.
