Hi Everyone in Long Island - I have a great opportunity for ADP Total Source. The position is an Implementation Specialist. This is a 60 - 80% external opportunity in consulting, relationship building and client interaction. This is not a sales position. The description is included below. My information is also included in the end of the message.

SUPERVISOR Implementation Manager, Implementation Supervisor, or Implementation Team Lead
PRODUCTIVITY/SPAN
Client assignment: 3-5 per month (based on average revenue)
BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for the successful implementation of the various components of a TotalSource solution through the effective execution of the methodology using solid functional, technical and/or project management knowledge and skills. Acts as a liaison between new client and internal departments to include sales, payroll, benefits, 401(k), CTS, risk management and human resources. Performs on-site analysis of requirements for payroll, benefits, and 401(k), using a consultative approach to ensure appropriate human resource policies, procedures, and compliance. Conducts on-site new hire and benefit orientations and ensures all enrollments are processed correctly. Held accountable for the successful transition of the new account through the conversion process.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES § Provides implementation services as defined in TotalSource Implementation Methodology (TSIM), using standardized processes, tools, and deliverables to implement PEO solutions. Uses TotalSource tools and standards to consistently produce error free results in a timely manner.
ØAnalyzes complex requirements for payroll, benefits, human resource policies and procedures, and related financial accounting information. Initiates and implements the products and services as outlined in the contract.
ØFacilitates on-site employee orientations, including the ancillary new hire agreements/forms and all selected benefit products.
ØResponsible for auditing all of the client paperwork and systems (e.g. masterfile, benefit enrollment, payroll data) during the conversion period to ensure a substantially error-free delivery of service and input.
ØProvides support to client contacts regarding benefits, payroll, and human resources issues during the implementation process. Responsible for the continued building of a successful business relationship/ partnership with the client and TotalSource. Outsourced Services and Co-Employment practices need to be shared and communicated to client for continued success in operations.
§ Maintains a comprehensive understanding of TotalSource products and services. Facilitates training as necessary.
§Independently manages to the completion of tasks as directed by Implementation Manager. Provides timely and accurate input on project status.

§ Technical Knowledge: Applies knowledge of product and service components and internal systems to support client, individual, department and organizational goals.
§ Teamwork: Partners with fellow associates, supervisors, and departments; contributes and exchanges knowledge and skills to meet group needs and goals; participates in resolving issues.
§ Uses effective communication skills to advise clients.
§ Presentation Skills: Communicates with client and employees professionally and effectively.
§ Relationships: Successfully communicates with individuals at all levels of an organization. (External – Client Owner, Payroll Contact, Employee. Internal – Area President, Sales Mgt, Operations Personnel)
Accountability Achieves on time starts with quality. If product or system implementation is not performed satisfactorily (w/quality), it may affect the clients and region from processing a successful payroll which could cause the loss of clients and revenue, decreased client satisfaction, survey scores, and retention.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent in education and experience required. Communication training or equivalent helpful. Preparation for professional certification helpful (PHR, CPP, etc.). Possesses a strong knowledge of industry equivalent products, services, and tools.
A combination of one to two years of experience in a relevant industry, a HRIS practitioner and/or with system implementations.
