SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) -- Jim Harbaugh insists he will coachable when it comes to the tricks of driving the Indianapolis 500 pace car this weekend.

DETROIT (AP) -- IndyCar says qualifying for the second race of series doubleheaders at Belle Isle, Toronto and Houston will be split into two groups.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Antron Brown joked that he wouldn't mind making a couple of left-handed turns the next time he's on the track. Ed Carpenter thought it'd be fun to ramp up the speed by about 100 mph.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- IndyCar officials fined Graham Rahal's team $10,000, Ryan Briscoe's team $5,000 and Michel Jourdain Jr.'s team $1,000 Tuesday after they failed post-qualifying inspection.
