Devils 8-0 on road, rally past Senators (AP)

Though it wasn't a textbook performance, the New Jersey Devils played well enough to earn their eighth straight road win. Zach Parise and David Clarkson each had a goal and an assist on the power play, and the Devils won again away from home with a 3-2 comeback victory over the Ottawa Senators on Saturday night.





Sharks' home win streak over Pens now 7 (AP)

The Carolina Hurricanes had already lost starting goaltender Cam Ward. Then they lost yet another game. Rick Nash scored the Columbus Blue Jackets' third goal in a 2:41 span of the third period to beat Carolina 3-2 Saturday night, the Hurricanes' franchise-record 12th consecutive game without a win.

Mika Pyorala was satisfied, even if he's still looking for his first career goal. Pyorala scored in the shootout to lead the Philadelphia Flyers to a 2-1 victory over the St. Louis Blues on Saturday night. Pyorala's goal in the fourth round was the difference as the Flyers won their fourth consecutive game.
