PV systems come in a range of sizes and output ratings, from 250 to 10,000 watts of power. LIPA's Solar Pioneer program is part of LIPA's Clean Energy Initiative (CEI). The CEI, fostered by Governor Pataki, is a 10-year, $355-million commitment to promote clean, renewable electric generation technologies, energy conservation and efficiency.
