Smithtown Mom Dazzles the Crowd at This Year’s Mrs. United States Pageant!

With thousands of women all over this fine country vying for a spot to compete at the prestigious Mrs. United States Pageant, the truth is that only 54 amazing queens actually get the chance to grace that national stage!

The Mrs. New York United States Pageant wishes to extend its sincerest congratulations to our incredible Mrs. New York queen, Lori Donaudy, who climbed her way to a 6th r/u overall placement in her first-ever national pageant venture!

Lori Donaudy, a 36 year old advertising agency owner and mother of two, dazzled the crowd in Las Vegas from the word go!  With a cheering section of over 20 fans, the New York contingency quickly gained momentum as neighboring spectators simply fell in love with Mrs. New York’s on-stage energy, charisma, and obvious pure love of this pageant experience.

“The wife of the Las Vegas governor was sitting right in front of us,” said Lori’s husband, Don Donaudy.  “She kept turning around throughout the whole pageant to tell Justin how beautiful his Mommy was!  I’ve never seen him more proud of her.”

And that very pride was a common thread for the entire New York fan base. With 5 months of intense physical training behind her, Lori Donaudy rocked the swimsuit competition to the sound of a roaring crowd.  In evening gown, she was nothing short of the most graceful, elegant, classiest of beauty queens that anyone would ever wish to see.  Escorted by her husband on stage during that phase of the finals competition, our Mr. and Mrs. New York were clearly overwhelmed with love for one another, combined with their sheer exhilaration as they shared this grand stage together during this one in a lifetime event.

“There really are no words,” explains Lori.  “The whole week, the incredible delegates I became friends with, and my husband, children, parents and friends all in the audience cheering me on… how do you put all of those feelings into words?  I really am speechless, and that doesn’t happen to me too often!”

Lori’s top 10 finish instantly catapults her to the upper echelon of the national beauty queen community as New York’s 2007 darling, a queen to be remembered and loved forevermore.

Lori Donaudy is the co-founder and partner in charge of accounts and planning at freshbrick advertising, a New York based advertising agency that she owns together with her husband Don.   She has a 10-year old son named Justin, and an 18-year old stepdaughter named Ashley.  She currently travels to high schools all across the state on behalf of New York Yankee Manager Joe Torre’s Safe at Home Foundation where she addresses teens about positive peer relationships, and warning signs of threatening behaviors that could lead to serious danger.  She is a sought after guest speaker for a myriad of events targeting domestic abuse awareness and prevention.  She resides in Smithtown, Long Island with her husband, children, and her Pomeranian named Bling.  For appearances bookings at your upcoming celebration, gala, event, or meeting, contact MrsNewYork@LoriDonaudy.com.
