Atlantis Marine World Aquarium Celebrates Long Island’s Military Heroes
Atlantis Marine World Aquarium celebrates the men and women who have recently served our country overseas with its second annual “Night of Heroes” on Friday, March 28.
The event, which begins at 6:30pm, will host more than 200 Long Island members of the Armed Forces, their families, and those who support them. Master of Ceremonies for the event is COL Ray Doyle (Ret.).
“‘Night of Heroes’ is just one example of how we as a nation feel about our men and women in uniform,” said COL Doyle. “They are our true heroes and we thank Atlantis Marine World as they join us in honoring them.”
The Aquarium is offering the evening, along with an Annual Family Membership to the Aquarium, to all those service people free of charge. Any non-military individual wishing to attend can do so by calling Atlantis Marine World’s Director of Food Services, Robert Lanieri, at 631.208.9200, ext. 286. There is a $50.00 per person charge.
