Grace McNamara Inc., producer of the Window Fashions Certification Program (WFCPTM) announces that Kathy Passarette of Creative Home Expressions, Mount Sinai, New York has achieved Associate status.  Kathy Passarette has participated in a rigorous certification and training program, at various WFCP events where she has accumulated credits and passed exams.
 
This comprehensive continuing-education and multilevel accreditation program offers its members the opportunity to attain knowledge, recognition and, most importantly, certification. The purpose of WFCP is to provide designers, retailers, workrooms, and installers with a superior advantage through continuing education, industry knowledge, and access to resources that will distinguish WFCP Professionals as the best in their field.
 
Members can gain certification by earning credits to advance through the program’s levels of expertise including the Associate, Specialist, Master, and Expert levels and by earning IACET CEU credits. These CEU credits not only help members develop profitable areas of expertise but can be applied toward their state certification requirements.
 
The Associate level, requiring 12 WFCP credits, is the introduction to window-fashion design, products, and their application. Members gain an understanding of general design principles, and business and sales techniques applicable to the industry.
