East End Arts Council Workshops on Framing and Matting
 
Riverhead, NY (April 16, 2008)—Frank Miragliotta will be back by popular demand to run two workshops on framing artwork. Expanding on his very well received Framing and Matting Demo, Frank will return two Fridays in June (the13th for Framing and the 20th for Matting) from 1-5 pm to do full-fledged, hands-on workshops. Equipment will be provided for each student.
