The East End Arts Council Thanks Pedro Sousa and Gallery 4222 for Hosting the Congressional Art Show 2008
 
Riverhead, NY (April 4, 2008)—Thanks to Mr. Sousa, this year’s Congressional Art Show will be a real “gallery event”!  Art teachers from high schools all over Long Island’s First Congressional District have submitted the art of their  students to be on display from April 18th through May 4th at Gallery 4222 in Port Jefferson. The award ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 4th from 2-4 pm. 

The public is warmly invited to come view the show.  Gallery Hours: Wednesday & Thursday 1-9pm, Friday & Saturday 1-10pm and Sunday 1-6pm.  (Gallery 4222 will close at 6 pm on Saturday April 19th for Passover.)
