Artist Jason Green Exhibits Paintings at Amelie A. Wallace Gallery

Artist Jason Green will be exhibiting his paintings May 12th through May 16th, 2008 at the Amelie A. Wallace Gallery, Campus Center, and S.U.N.Y College at Old Westbury.
 
Jason’s paintings are created with colored push-pins attached to painted canvas. Each painting has as its subject a topic that is from the artist’s personal life inventory, such as his house, his hat, a baseball field, his home computer, etc. Inserting painted push pins into a painted background helps create an unusual dimension of depth. Jason hopes to provide the viewer an opportunity to bring his/her own interpretation to the canvas.
 
The gallery hours are:
Monday-Friday, 12-4pm.
Opening Reception: Monday, May 12th, 4-8pm.
