Strings n’ Things is an evening filled to the brim with personality, entertainment, good humor and great music! Shows are held at The Mills Pond Gallery from 8:00 PM until 9:30 PM.  Strings n’ Things showcases today’s top local artists every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the month, but please check www.stacarts.org for schedule changes due to holidays, or email executivedirector(at)stacarts.org to be added to the email list.

Open Mic nights make it possible for both artists and audiences to extend and enhance their experience of music. The project gives local musicians a place to showcase and develop their skills and talents and gives music-loving audiences an opportunity to hear some of Long Island’s newest talents. Open Mic performances are recorded and posted on the web at www.bobkmusic.com, allowing audiences to hear their favorite singers and songwriters 24/7. The Tic Toc Café will be on hand with wraps, cookies, salads, soda coffee and free gift certificates for our trivia contest winners!
