Diane Gale to Teach at East End Arts Council School of the Arts
(Riverhead, NY) – The East End Arts Council is pleased to announce that Ms. Diane Gale has joined the music faculty of the School of the Arts. Ms. Gale holds a BS from St. Joseph’s College and an MS in Music Education from Long Island University, CW Post, and has held New York State Music Association (NYSSMA) Adjucator Certification since 1993. She has been a member of the Suffolk Piano Teachers Foundation since 1990 and served as president of the organization from 1992 to1995. She holds a permanent New York State Teacher Certification for grades K-12. Her vast experience includes teaching piano to students ranging in age from four and five year old children through college level. She is well versed in musical styles ranging from classical and folk to jazz and contemporary. She has taught college prep in music theory, ear training and pedagogy. In addition to piano, Ms. Gale teaches voice and musical composition. Ms. Gale is available for instruction on Mondays.
