(Bethpage, N.Y.) - The Fair Media Council presents a Media Savvy Breakfast on Wednesday, March 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Four Points by Sheraton, Plainview, NY. The topic to be discussed is A Guide to the Leaner Newsday Editorial Board presented by Bob Keeler, Editorial Writer for Newsday.
Since 1971, Keeler has covered town, county, and state government and the religion beat for Newsday. He has also served as the editor of The Newsday Magazine and state editor. In 1996, he won a Pulitzer for beat reporting.
