Latin American Chicken Restaurant Chain to Launch Line of Sandwiches

pollocampero (Long Island, N.Y.) Pollo Campero, the world’s largest Latin American chicken restaurant chain, will give away free fried and grilled chicken sandwiches on April 2, to celebrate the introduction of its new sandwich line.

“The launch of our sandwich line is an exciting event for us because it exemplifies the integration of our authentic Latin American brand into American culture,” said Roberto Denegri, president and chief operating officer of Campero USA.  “The free sandwich day on April 2, gives new customers the opportunity to taste the Pollo Campero chicken that has inspired a loyal following.  Through our new sandwich line, we combine great-tasting Latin American chicken with the convenience and affordability Americans expect, without sacrificing quality.”

“In these tough economic times, we could think of no better way to help out than to provide a free sandwich to anyone who asks,” said Todd Deckert, Campero USA director of sales and marketing.  A free sandwich day launch highlights the great value of Pollo Campero without compromising taste or quality.  Its famous fried and great grilled chicken sandwiches feature Pollo Campero’s beloved tender, juicy fried chicken or citrus-infused grilled chicken and toppings served on toasted Casero bread.

With more than 300 stores worldwide, and 49 so far in the United States, Pollo Campero’s unique Latin American chicken is not only loved everywhere but now goes anywhere with the introduction of sandwiches.  Its sandwich line integrates the beloved Pollo Campero Latin American chicken into the convenience of American culture.  These portable meals allow customers to enjoy the great-tasting chicken they love while they’re on the go.

Free sandwiches will be available in the following locations: 103-26 Roosevelt Ave. in Corona, 1665 Fifth Ave. in Bayshore, 155 W. Sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst, 50 Fulton St. in Hempstead and 6425 Bergenline Ave. in West New York, New Jersey.  Sandwiches will be available all day on April 2, with a limit of one per person while supplies last.
