Exercise/Physical Therapy Talk for Seniors Scheduled In New Hyde Park
July 15th Health Chat Event Set For Parkville Branch of Great Neck Public Library
(Long Island, N.Y.) A presentation highlighting exercise and activity for seniors will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, at the Parkville branch of the Great Neck Public Library at 10 Campbell Street in New Hyde Park. The event is a “Health Chat” talk that is part of the Town of North Hempstead’s Project Independence.
The featured speaker will be Dr. Vinod Somareddy (DPT) of Reddy-Care Physical Therapy in Great Neck. Dr. Somareddy’s topic will be ” Safe and Effective Activity and Exercise for the Aging Adult.” Reddy-Care is a physical therapy practice specializing in manual therapy for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Somareddy speaks on similar topics frequently to senior groups throughout Nassau County.
