Call for Entries: Photography Show SECRETS

(Riverhead, N.Y.) – The East End Arts Council will be accepting submissions for the juried Photography show secrets, which will run from August 28–October 9, 2009.  Your entries should give the viewers the feeling that they’re peeking into something personal either to the photographer or to his or her subject. 

The guest juror for the show will be award-winning photographer and gallery owner Tulla Booth. Nationally acclaimed news photographer Mathew Lewis’ searingly intimate photos spanning the last 50 years will be on exhibit in the Project Room during the show. Artists may submit up to 3 photographs for consideration on Thursday, August 20th   through Saturday, August 23rd, from 10 AM-4 PM. Jpeg entries on CD are also being accepted for this show. 

They must arrive at the gallery between July 21st and August 4th  and, if accepted, photos must be delivered framed and wired for hanging no later than Tuesday, August 25th  at 2PM.  Sorry but we cannot accept emailed entries at this time. Entries must be brought or sent to the East End Arts Council Gallery at 133 East Main Street, Riverhead, 11901.
