Dowling College Expands Business Course Offerings to Breakfast and Lunchtime in the Heart of the Melville Business District at Its Melville Center; Learn More at Open House on Monday, September 21sth
 
(Melville, N.Y.) – Dowling College’s Townsend School of Business is expanding their course offerings at the Melville Center to the business and residential community in the Melville and surrounding areas. This unique opportunity offers business employees a convenient chance to take classes offered around their work schedule, taking classes during “Breakfast” before going to work and “Lunchtime” classes during their lunch break from work.
 
Dowling will be offering “Breakfast” and “Lunchtime” credit-bearing courses which begin on Tuesday, October 6th.  The courses offered include both undergraduate courses, as well as MBA courses in addition to the regular evening program.
 
As part of the overall program, Advanced Certificates are also offered in:

• Corporate Finance, Health Care Management, Project Management, Marketing, Certified Financial Planning, Human Resource Management

For new business managers, Dowling offers a “Supervising Employees” Certificate, which can be easily obtained at the Melville Center.
 
The Dean of the Dowling College School of Business, Matthew Cordaro, announced that, “Dowling College is pleased to offer this Breakfast and Lunchtime Program to accommodate the busy professional and others who cannot take time away from work, family or other commitments.  This flexibility will allow students to have their breakfast and lunch with Dowling College at a very convenient location and earn their degree at the same time.  If this does not work for you, we also offer evening classes at the same site.  Remember the coffee is on us!”
 
Located at 145 Pinelawn Road in Melville, these offices offer an ideal space to take classes before heading into work, during a lunch break, or after work. Feel free to attend Dowling’s Open House, open to both the business and residential community, on Monday, September 21st at noon.
