North Shore Synagogue Presents: Women Of The Bible; “Their Stories From Their Lips”
(Syosset, N.Y.) Everyone knows the men of the Bible – Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Aaron and many more. But what about the women? Do we know Chana? Do we know Deborah? Join us on Wednesday, January 6, at 7:30 PM, when Rabbi Jaimee Shalhevet and Rabbi Helayne Shalhevet of North Shore Synagogue and Rabbi Jeni Friedman of Temple Beth Sholom in Roslyn will give their voices to the women of the Bible, in “Women of the Bible: Their Stories from Their Lips.” This lively event is free and open to the public and the congregation. Light refreshments will be served. For information, call 516-921-2282.
