SENATOR ADDABBO WILL VISIT MASPETH FOR COMMUNITY DISCUSSION ON FEBRUARY 11
(Queens, N.Y.) – NYS Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. (photo right) will host a community discussion on Thursday, February 11 from 7 PM – 9 PM at the Maspeth Town Hall, 5337 72nd Street in Maspeth (718-335-6049) to personally visit his northern district constituents who can’t easily meet with him at the Howard Beach office, to increase his outreach in their community and discuss issues that concern them most. Many of the issues that will be addressed are those that residents raised to the Senator in the responses they gave to his year-end newsletter survey. To travel via public transit, take the Grand Ave. – 73rd Street bus.
Addabbo will speak on the issues cited by his district’s northern residents and report to them on other news topics, including: jobs, transportation, education, public safety, sanitation, the new voting machines, the 2010-2011 state budget, the 2010 Census, and programs to benefit our veterans and seniors.
The current legislative session in Albany will also be covered during an anticipated lively exchange with the audience. For more information, please call Senator Addabbo’s district office at 718-738-1111.
