“Discovery” Wetlands Cruises

Explore an 88-acre wetlands preserve! Board the 35-passenger pontoon boat for a 1½ hour cruise through Stony Brook Harbor to the surrounding wetlands at West Meadow Creek.  A naturalist will guide you through this amazing experience embracing ecology, geology and history. Sunset cruises available.

Flip It, Fold It, Figure It Out!
July 20 through September 20

This 1,500 square foot exhibition entices visitors to “play with math” through interactive activities such as “Shapes in the Shadows,” “Find the Beat” and “Measure Up!”  The exhibit was produced by the Museum of Life and Science in conjunction with the grassroots Science Museums Collaborative and was made possible with funds provided by the National Science Foundation. $11 for Adults; $10 for Seniors and $9 for children under 12 (children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.) Family Exhibit Passes are also available for purchase, and offer unlimited summer visits.

Horse Drawn Carriage Rides
