• Register in person at the Young Adult Desk or by calling the Young Adult desk.
• All activities are for teens in grades 7-12.
• Registration for each program begins 3-4 weeks before the program date.
• Priority is given to Elmont residents and cardholders.
• No fees.
• Registered participants must be present at the time the program is scheduled to begin. We regret that after that time, their place may be given to those on the waiting list.
• If you are unable to attend a program, please call Young Adult Services so your place can be given to a patron on the waiting list.

Learn how to make pretzels from scratch. You will measure, mix, knead and shape your pretzels then bake and enjoy this delicious snack.

For new and improving poets: discover freedom of self-expression through Poetry Writing! Learn how to put your feelings and expressions into words while developing your unique voice. Then share your poetry and appreciate the voices around you by participating in our teen poetry cafe.
