Free event hosted by Personal Training Institute® will feature wellness stations, complimentary refreshments, opportunities to explore the franchise & more

(Jericho, N.Y.) Personal Training Institute (PTI) is hosting an open house on Saturday, February 5th from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at its location in New Haven County situated at 995 Boston Post Road, Guilford, CT. Members of the community can drop by for free mini workouts with trainers, free body fat analysis or with any questions about nutrition and fitness, as well as to explore franchise expansion opportunities in Connecticut. PTI-Guilford is the first franchise location in Connecticut, which formally opened last June and is performing well.
 
“We are celebrating our fabulous clients and look forward to introducing more people to the benefits of one-to-one personal training and nutrition,” said Kim Starbard, who co-owns the PTI-Guilford franchise with her husband Al.
 
“We believe Connecticut is a great place to expand our business,” remarked Evan A. Kaplan, President & CEO of Personal Training Institute, which is headquartered in Jericho, NY. Last November, Mr. Kaplan spoke to business leaders at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville about the challenges and opportunities for bringing strong business and franchise concepts such as PTI to Connecticut.

FITNESS, NUTRITION & WELLNESS
PTI-Guilford will have its nutritionist and personal trainers on hand to answer questions and to conduct mini 10-minute workouts. Guests can request a free body fat analysis and health assessment. Chiropractor Dr. John Mastrobattisto of Madison, CT will be available for free spinal alignment analysis. Dorothy Ruggiero of Sea Stones Massage in Guildford will provide free chair massages during the event. Theresa Garceau of Cross Cooks in Madison will be preparing healthy snacks to be served throughout the day.
