Come Celebrate Mothers Day in April

(Long Island, N.Y.) Please join SINC as we celebrate Mothers Day in April. Bring the moms, sisters, aunts, daughters, colleagues and friends in your life for what promises to be a very special evening.

Linda Lisi Juergens, Executive Director of the National Association of Mothers’ Centers (NAMC), will present a program on “Motherhood in the New Economy.” Linda will discuss the stresses that mothers are experiencing in this fluctuating economy.

The meeting will also include a progress report on the Soroptimist International Quadrennial Project: Project Sierra Leone – 2007- 2011, detailing the steps that have been taken to help the mothers and their families fighting for survival in Sierra Leone.
