After having won The Sally Ann Slacke Memorial Award/Linda Jasper Memorial Award from Suffolk County Women’s Business Enterprise Coalition’s (SCWBEC) Research & Education Fund last Spring for developing an exemplary business plan, Medaglio-Barrera was personally presented with a special Legislative Resolution from New York State Senator Lee M. Zeldin (R, C, I- Shirley) that commended her on her latest business achievement.

Medaglio-Barrera, along with her business partner Gloria Ciolli of Roslyn, NY, was selected as the recipient of The Sally Ann Slacke Memorial Award/Linda Jasper Memorial Award after submitting a detailed essay and business plan outlining strategy for achieving growth and success for Mediation & Collaborative Action Group, which addresses and resolves family and business conflicts without threat of litigation through methods of mediation and collaboration. Upon receiving her NYS congratulatory proclamation from Senator Zelin, Medaglio-Barrera was joined by Ciolli, who was presented with her very own Legislative Resolution from New York State Senator Jack M. Martins.
