Students who have achieved, accomplished, helped, and/or reached out to others in a way that deserves recognition
(Long Island, NY) Patchogue-Medford High School students Ricardo Osorio (10th grade), Darren Cusanelli (9th grade), and Esther Thompson (11th grade) and Legislator Rob Calarco. Leg. Calarco presents his Most Valuable Student Award to four Pat-Med High School students who have achieved, accomplished, helped, and/or reached out to others in a way that deserves recognition. Students who receive this award have proven themselves to be a valuable asset to the school as an academic institution, to others in the school community and/or to the greater community.
“Esther was selected for her quiet, steady approach to achievement and good deeds; Ricardo and Darren were selected by their teachers for being “all around great students,” and 12th grader Richard Torre (not pictured) was selected for demonstrating excellent effort in all he does and for his remarkable “Voice of Democracy” essay for the VFW Scholarship. We should be proud of them all,” said Leg. Calarco.
