Most networking events require you to walk right up to someone you don't know and introduce yourself. Well I could never do that when I was single and I still have trouble doing it. That's why I created the Longislandbiz2biz.com. So people who are shy or just not what you call "pushy" can have a place to meet other Long Island business people a little easier. And to further make it a bit easier for the "shy" - we are now holding Speed Networking events. Like Speed Dating - speed networking events are structured events that create an easy way for you to meet others without having to walk up and introduce yourself.
